NAVIGON Launches iPhone GPS App for Mexico

We've launched a Mexico version of the NAVIGON iPhone App. It includes many of NAVIGONS premium navigation capabilities such as Google Local Search, Enhanced Pedestrian Mode, Speed Assistant, Route Planning and more. Included for Mexico are also NAVIGONS sophisticated and elegant map views and branded in-map points of interest (POIs). NAVIGONS on-board navigation approach has clear advantages over other off-board application solutions. After downloading MobileNavigator, the software and map data is saved directly on the device, which saves costly data plans. Start the application and go, while traveling in different countries no cell needed, everything is loaded in the application on the iPhone.

NAVIGON MobileNavigator is also available for Australia, Brazil, Europe, Gulf region, Russia, Turkey and South Africa.

The NAVIGON solution for Mexico sells for US$ 59.99 and is equipped with maps from NAVTEQ. The App is on sale for US$ 49.99 until January 15.
