eGether is a collaborative service combining the best functionality from social networks in a portal for consumers, press, PR and analysts.

Launching in public beta, it initially centers around 255 character status updates and 999 character pitches, using familiar @ status messaging for inter-user communication. Status updates can include an image, while pitches can include image and video content, documents and links. eGether is structured around Activities and Connections. Activities originate from user status updates and pitches, contact information and tagged galleries while Connections include private and public groups of other users.

eGether also allows consumers to directly obtain information and connect with PR teams or journalists. PR firms can pitch their clients' products and services from a single sharable information point. Visitors can engage with everyone from consumers, media, analysts and others. eGether empowers users to connect and share what's on their mind.
